| The Qual Chem cleaning system uses concentrated Primary Products. For difficult cleaning conditions,
there is a series of Product Enhancers. Use of this system allows the operator to set the level of foam for
cleaning, lubrication and show that is desired; then Product Enhancers are used as needed for the tougher
jobs such as wheels and tires. |
| The Enhancers can be easily adjusted as cleaning conditions warrant, without the need for adjusting the
Primary Products. This helps the operator avoid high cost adjustment mistakes, and preserves the primary
foaming and lubricating settings which work year round. Cost savings using this method can range from 10-40%
over most chemical lines. |
| Drying is accomplished through a balance of chemistry and Qual Chem’s superior drying agent. Colored
conditioners for triple foam can be used out of a single drum, or if injection of multiple products is
desirable for customization, colors can be as vivid as desired, and fragrance can be varied onsite. |
| Pro Shine is the finishing touch. Used as a foaming protectant, Pro Shine
produces shine and beads water instantly. Customers notice the difference! |
| Qual Chem’s line is adaptable to any back room. Due to the simplicity of the system, it requires fewer
products in inventory than other chemical lines. |
